Private Practice

As part of the multiple hats I wear and roles I play in my professional identity, the one of creative arts therapist is near and dear to my heart.

Holder of a Master’s degree in Drama Therapy from New York University, I am a registered drama therapist (RDT) and use many art forms to support my personal wellness and professional explorations.

Are you feeling uninspired? Out of touch with your body? Lost?

Do you struggle to show up authentically? Set boundaries?

Are you curious to see how the creative arts therapies can help you explore aspects of your identity, of trauma, or of relationship you never considered or had space for?

With the goal to always strive to provide a safer space, a collaborative dynamic, and a container for depth, I use an integrative, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to my work. I am also deeply committed to understanding how structures of oppression and systems impact us, inside and outside the therapeutic space.

I am currently accepting new clients in private practice. Please refer to the Circle of Wellness Montreal to make an appointment.

Please note I am currently working with adults only. Stay tuned for updates.
